Considerations When Setting Up Your Tradeshow Booth
One of the most important aspects at a tradeshow is most certainly your tradeshow booth rental. Imagine yourself walking into a tradeshow, where there is a row of different booths. The first one you see is towards the end of the row because it is higher, has more colour, looks fun, and different. All of the other booths are dull with a simple company name behind a table with a few pamphlets of information.
Your tradeshow booth is the first thing that is noticed about your company at a tradeshow. You have only one shot at giving the best possible first impression, which starts with the tradeshow booth.
There are a couple of key integral considerations to take into account when deciding how to setup your tradeshow booth:
- Images and graphics
You need to ensure that your company logo and name are prominently displayed, so that they can be seen from a far. This includes them being bold, centralized, and towards the top of the display. The graphics included on your display also need to be professional and relevant to your products or services. - Interactivity
You have to determine whether there are any interactive elements that you wish to incorporate into your tradeshow booth. Some examples would be; product sampling areas, computers for potential clients to input their contact information, and games. Any of these could be beneficial as interactivity encourages the potential client to have an experience at the booth that will be remembered and easy to associate with the company.
