Tension fabric hanging structure above a trade show exhibit

Tension Fabric Hanging Signs

The only part of your booth visible from the far end of the hall.

Everything at floor level competes with everything else at floor level. Twelve feet up, the competition thins out considerably. A hanging sign is the single most efficient way to be found by someone who does not yet know your booth number.

The frames are anodized aluminium tube, the graphics are pillowcase-fit dye-sublimation fabric, and the whole assembly is tool-less. All shapes meet standard show regulations for hanging structures — confirm rigging rules and maximum height with your show organiser, as these vary by venue.

Available as halo (circular), pinwheel, square, triangle and rectangle in sizes from 8 feet through 20 feet.

Common questions

Are hanging signs allowed at every trade show?

Most shows allow them for island and peninsula booths but restrict or prohibit them for inline spaces, and maximum height varies by venue. Confirm the rigging rules with your show organiser before ordering — we can advise on shape and size once you know the restrictions.

What shape of hanging sign should I choose?

Halo (circular) reads equally from every direction and is the safest choice for an island booth. Triangle and square work well when traffic comes from three or four defined aisles. Rectangle suits a peninsula where one long face does most of the work.
